We want you to feel at home with us

Many of our employees come to Germany from other countries to work and live here. We want you to feel comfortable with us, regardless of whether you come alone, with a partner or with family.

That's why we support you before and after your arrival in dealing with authorities, looking for accommodation and other topics. It's about much more than onboarding within the company – it's about the many small steps which you need to deal with in everyday life.

We are at your side

In order for you to be able to work in Germany, our new colleagues who do not come from EU countries in particular have to overcome a few hurdles – for example, you need a visa with a work permit and valid health insurance.

Once they are hired, we provide new employees with all of the important information that is required to ensure that the visa process runs smoothly. If you have any questions about this, we are always available to help you. We will also help you to find your first accommodation here.

Our support doesn't stop once you have arrived in Germany. We will assist you with appointments at the Citizens' Registration Office for your “Blue Card”, residence and work permits and also in finding accommodation. We also organize language courses so that you can learn German or improve your German skills.

Personal, friendly and practical

We clarify many questions in personal discussions – not just on “bureaucratic” topics, we also want to help you to get a better understanding of Germany, its culture and its special features. It starts with tenancy law and doesn't stop at cultural issues. How do people in Germany feel about Sundays, foreign languages, and invitations to dinner?

The integration process mainly consists of the following three areas:

Visa and right of residence

We will support you in getting the right visa for Germany in your home country. As soon as you are in Germany, we will give you information on how and where you have to register with the Citizens' Registration Office and what to do – if your family also wants to come to Germany, for example.

We will help you with:

  • Visa
  • “Blue Card” residence permit
  • Permanent residence permit
  • Family reunification

Arrival and accommodation finding

We will help you to find temporary accommodation which you can move into immediately after your arrival, and then to find something more permanent.
We will also support you in many other areas, such as:

  • Bank account
  • Accommodation finding and tenancy law
  • Health insurance
  • Compulsory education etc.

Language

It is important to us that the integration is also successful on a linguistic level and that our employees can communicate in German in both their business and private lives.

This is why we finance the opportunity for you to take part in online language courses in a self-determined manner, and systematically improve your skills. Because we want you to become part of the international, diverse and multilingual Da Vinci family.
